The griddle has a removable stainless steel splash guard and a grease tray for easy cleaning and maintenance.
  • EASY MAINTENANCE - The griddle also features a removable stainless-steel backsplash/ spatter guard that quickly attaches to the back of the griddle to keep oil splashes and spills at bay. The base of the griddle is easy to clean as it can be submerged in water and soap. The griddle has a large stainless steel removable grease tray that drains excess oil and grease from the cooking surface and can be removed and washed separately.
