Notes

1.After use or when it is necessary to stop and rest, please loosen the tower fountain in a clockwise direction. When removing it, the spiral rod should be separated from the fountain tower and not torn (to prevent prolonged stay, chocolate solidification, adhesion between the spiral rod and the fountain tower, blockage, and damage to the machine).

2.Please note that if the disassembly sequence is not correct, over time, a lot of chocolate will accumulate and cause the motor to burn.

3.It is recommended to choose raw chocolate specifically designed for chocolate fountain machines (with a cocoa butter content of 38-40%), which has moderate fluidity.
