  • No. Although our personal portable AC offers 1,000 BTU Cooling (ASHRAE 128 tested), it is designed to cool personal spaces and small enclosures.

  • The air conditioner should be placed on a stable, secure flat surface such as a floor or tabletop to minimize noise and vibration. Allow 12 inches to 36 inches of space for from walls for efficient air-conditioning.

  • Yes. The Water tank that will need to be drained when it is operating in dehumidification mode, or in cooling mode. When the Water Full Indicator Light turns on (and audible alert sounds), the unit shuts off, then the unit will have to be drained.

  • The dual exhaust hose inserts into the back of the unit. These hoses can extend up to 32”. They should be directed downward and away from the cooling area.
