The 405-LCD general purpose electronic bench scales offer exceptional value for your money. Ideal for use in most food prep areas, portion control stations or industrial kitchens. This simple to use, 2 key bench scale is very versatile with a 100% tare allowing each ingredient to be quickly tared off to guarantee correct portion control. The 405-LCD can operate in kg, g, lb or lb-oz units of measure.
