How to Operate:
- 1. First, put the cake blank (not included) in the center of the turntable.
- 2. Adjust the distance between the horizontal knife and the vertical knife.
- 3. Turn on the power and adjust the rotation speed of the turntable (60-80rpm). Use a decorative bag to apply cream on the side from bottom to top; Apply evenly from the center to the outside.
- 4. Clean the cream on the horizontal and the vertical knives.
- 5. Adjust the pressing force of the horizontal knife when water chestnut appears.
- 6. Move the horizontal and vertical knives away and complete troweling the cake blank.
