First Use:
1. When first using a new stone mill, it must be cleaned
2. It is common to use rice that has been soaked in water for more than 6 hours. Add water and rice with a spoon and start grinding Remember to rotate counterclockwise. Do not eat the rice paste from the first time you grind the rice. It will be ready for normal use later
